With a focus on individualized education, teachers and therapists work with families to build stronger communication skills, thinking skills and social-emotional skills. By working with a developmental framework and understanding each child’s unique profile, we can better provide the structure needed to help them reach their full potential.

Learning and development is a lifelong journey and age alone should not determine the level at which to learn. We consider many variables before designing education plans and use innovative, meaningful and motivational environments to best support growth. Oakwood understands that learning should happen across many settings, and by providing a comprehensive approach to learning, we can offer an education that goes well beyond the classroom. We hold our standards above what is expected.
